in order to accelerate new technical innovation across UI, Search, Big Data,
Social…etc., The concept and vision

the goal of delivering highly automated, intelligent and predictive solutions
to the market. Our goal for the expansion of the Innovation Labs is to have
specialized teams of superstars focused in these areas to keep pace with market
trends and quickly incubate and deliver capabilities that will dramatically
increase the value of our solutions for clients. They will drive our next gen
user experiences, designs and technologies which will be incorporated into our
products & platforms and make their way into the next wave of solutions for
ADP.

Summary:
This is exciting opportunity for an experienced Front-End HTML/JavaScript Developer skilled in web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, and REST.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement highly scalable, interactive web applications with high usability

- Create
rapid prototypes
- Collaborate
with business analysts to define software requirements for programming effort
- Support
production software operations, test and debug programs
- Report
progress and status of assigned tasks to project teams and managers
- Provide
technical leadership and motivation to junior developers
Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree in Design (e.g.
interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS, or
a related field (In lieu of degree, 5 years relevant work experience).
- 4+
years relevant work experience, including demonstrated experience in designing
usable web-based interfaces.
-Expert HTML5/JavaScript skills and front-end
web development
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative
Suite 6, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
