ADP is hiring an Inside Sales Representative. In this position, you'll identify and cultivate new prospects, cross-sell solutions to existing clients, and effectively close sales, with the support of exceptional sales training. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reach or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Implement sales strategies and call prioritization
  • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects
  • Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
  • Connect customers' business needs with ADP products and services
  • Cross-sell other ADP solutions to existing clients
  • Build network via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Between one and five years of work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Experience working on a sales quota
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas
  • Business-to-business experience
  • Goal oriented, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
  • Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
  • Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge

Works directly with Boeing to identify, manage and support technology development and qualification programs that support the overall Henkel/Boeing Global Key Account strategy. Provide technical support to maximize sales growth for Henkel Aerospace. Act as technical liaison between Boeing and all departments within Henkel by coordinating technical service support, qualification projects, and technology strategy.

  • Provide timely responses and on site technical support to Boeing Key Account locations and key subcontractors. timely turnaround of laboratory analysis to support customer troubleshooting and product qualifications.
  • Manage travel and entertainment expenses to meet plan and budget objectives.

Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering or related Technical field.
  • Experience with structural adhesives, composite materials, and specialty chemical surface treatment.
  • Experience with Aviation/Aerospace Industry materials processing, and part manufacturing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential – must have excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Project management skills are essential.
  • The ability to work autonomously on multiple projects is essential.

The actual position title is Senior Production Planner.  This position will have approximately 5 direct reports.

What we offer
  • Create all required documentation for assigned resources to meet sales order demand using SAP, PFS+, lotus notes tools & Microsoft Outlook, to efficiently meet customer demands while maintaining high levels of efficiency in Production.
  • Ability to use SAP, PFS+, Lotus Notes and other MS Office documents to effective complete daily tasks.
  • Manage demand from customer service including regular orders; expedite requests and sales order changes, balancing customer needs against raw material availability, Production availability and QC availability.
  • Monitor production activity to verify the actual status of Process Orders as compared to the Production schedules. Reschedule Process Orders if required to comply with the production and capacity plans including the timely maintenance of all related Process Order dates.
  • Adjusts schedule and negotiates effectively with customer service, production and quality control to best meet internal and external customer demands.
  • Uses multiple databases and programs including SOCRs, QCRs, Early Warning System to manage customer demand and proactively communicate with customer service on delays and status of process orders.
  • Balances demand and offers potential solutions to scheduling conflicts. 
Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in business or engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Planner is required.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Outlook, Word and Excel; Lotus Notes a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP experience is required.
  • Excellent math skills and accurate data entry skills required.
  • Effective organization skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task essential.
